Angus Sauces started with the idea that Angus Beef deserved something better on it, than the assortment of steak sauces we could find, so we decided to do something about it. It took a lot of steak dinners, but we finally got the flavor we were looking for. Then we got to thinking, barbecued beef deserved a better fate too, so we experimented, pouring all the good, organic ingredients we could find into the kettle, & we came up with a couple we liked. Next, someone said we ought to make some marinades. We said, 'make what?' When we figured out what marinades were, it wasn't so hard. We just got a few more kettles & hunted down all the best organic stuff from all over the place, and went to town. So far, we've made five that we've got in bottles so far. We're still working on more of everything. That's it, so far.
