Brie Stuffed Angus Barbecued Chicken

                                   Ingredients:

                         6 single chicken breasts
                             ½ lb. brie cheese
            6 oz. Angus Ranch House Reserve BBQ Sauce
                            2 doz. wet toothpicks
                                 ½ cup olive oil
                                salt and pepper

                                   Preparation:

Cut a large opening into each breast to create a pocket. Place a piece of brie cheese into each pocket. Flatten the chicken pocket by pressing on it with the flat side of a large knife. Close the pocket with the wet toothpicks. Just before grilling, lightly baste the chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for 12 to 14 minutes, turning once, brushing liberally with Angus Ranch House Reserve BBQ Sauce. Serves six people.



           Angus BBQ Jalapeno
          Texas Cheeseburger

                                   Ingredients:

            1 cup Angus Cowboy Classic BBQ Sauce
              ¼ cup jalapeno peppers (sliced thinly)
                      1½ lbs. lean ground beef
                1 yellow onion (sliced into rings)
                  8 slices of pepper jack cheese
                               ⅛ cup butter
                            8 hamburger buns

                                   Preparation:

Combine ½ cup Angus Cowboy Classic BBQ sauce with the jalapeno peppers. Knead sauce mixture into ground beef and roll into six balls. Grill burgers for 12 to 16 minutes on a covered grill, turning once and applying the rest of the sauce. In the last six to eight minutes, place the onions on the grill. Top the burgers with cheese during last minute of cooking. Lightly spread butter on buns and grill them, buttered side down, until lightly toasted. Serve on buns with grilled onions and with a little more Angus Cowboy Classic BBQ Sauce.



Grilled Spicy Filet Mignon

                                 Ingredients:

                      2 - 12 oz. Filet Mignons
          3/4 cup of Angus Bold n’ Spicy Steak Sauce

                                 Preparation:

In a small baking dish, place ½ cup of Angus Bold Spicy Steak Sauce and two 12 oz. filets, turning once to coat. Cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before grilling. Preheat grill to high. Remove steaks from sauce/marinade. Season both sides with pepper and grill for three minutes per side, or until slightly charred and cooked to medium rare. Remove steaks from grill and allow to stand for five minutes.



The Great Angus Meatloaf

                                  Ingredients:

                 2 lbs. of lean, ground Angus Beef
          ¼ cup of Angus Ranch House BBQ Sauce
                                      1 egg
                 ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
                      2 cups chopped onion
                 ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
                               ¼ cup milk
                               ½ tsp. salt
                          a pinch of pepper

                                   Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Shape into a loaf and bake at 350° for an hour. Serve with additional Angus BBQ Sauce. Serves six people.



    Angus Asian Salmon Burger

                                   Ingredients:

             2 lbs. salmon filet (skinless and boneless)
                 ½ cup Angus Texas Twister Marinade
                       6 slices provolone cheese
                            6 hamburger buns
                    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

                                   Preparation:

Cut salmon into one inch cubes and place into a medium sized bowl. Add the Angus Texas Twister Marinade, distributing the salmon cubes evenly. Refrigerate for one hour. Drain salmon cubes and place into a food processor, pulsing until coarsely ground. Form chopped salmon into six equally round patties. In a heavy frying pan, heat the oil to medium high. Add the salmon patties and cook until golden brown, or about three minutes. Then turn and cook the other side for another three minutes. Place each Angus salmon burger on a bun and top with a slice of cheese.



Angus Steakhouse-Thai Chicken

                                  Ingredients:

        ½ cup Angus Tumbleweed Thai Marinade
                        4 single chicken breasts
                    ½ teaspoon Chipotle powder
                             8 wooden skewers
                         2 doz. cherry tomatoes

Preparation:

In a medium sized bowl, combine Angus Tumbleweed Thai Marinade and chipotle powder. Cut chicken into 1 ½ inch cubes and distribute evenly in the liquid. Place in refrigerator for two hours. After two hours, remove chicken from bowl and place on damp skewers, alternating with the cherry tomatoes. Grill each side for about four minutes. Serve over rice.



  Angus Hash Brown Casserole

                                  Ingredients:

               2 lbs. frozen hash-brown potatoes
              6 oz. of Original Angus Steak Sauce
                           ½ lb. sour cream
                 1 can of cream of chicken soup
                   1 medium onion (chopped)
                        4 oz. melted butter
                12 oz. grated cheddar cheese

                                    Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and put into a two quart casserole dish. Top with melted butter. Cook in 350° oven for 35 minutes.



         Blaze Burger

                                 Ingredients:

                     1 lb. lean ground beef⅓
             ⅓ cup of chopped green bell pepper
               ⅓ cup of chopped red bell peppers
                   ⅓ cup of chopped red onions
                  ⅓ cup of chopped mushrooms
                         ½ teaspoon garlic salt
   ¼ cup of Angus Bourbon Blaze Marinade Sauce
                              1 tbs. olive oil

                                Preparation:

Sauté onions, chopped peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil until just tender. Add garlic salt, leave to cool. Add mixture to ground beef. Add Angus Bourbon Blaze Marinade Sauce. Lightly mix all ingredients. Make three good sized patties. Grill as desired. Serve with your favorite bun. You may garnish with sliced tomato and lettuce and top with additional Angus Bourbon Blaze Marinade Sauce and/or sliced pepper jack cheese.
